Job Description - Force Managment Analyst - Non-Commissioned Military

Avant Tech is seeking a skilled Force Management Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) in optimizing resources and enhancing operational readiness. This role involves analyzing unit structures, ensuring compliance with force management policies, and assisting in strategic planning to meet mission requirements. You will work collaboratively with military organizations to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate force structure proposals and changes in alignment with defense policies and regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and modeling of force management scenarios.
  • Assist in the development of force management policies and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of force structure data.
  • Review current force management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and resource optimization.
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing analyses, findings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Support training programs related to force management systems and procedures for personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, or Defense Studies).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in force management, military operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Department of Defense policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including MS Excel and data visualization applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Security Clearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
