Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnosis and repair of vehicles


• Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance


• Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor


• Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment


• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and accuracy


• Perform high-quality work and uphold high standards of workmanship


• Complete work as assigned in a timely manner


• Maintain an organized and safe work environment


• Follow Manufacturer guidelines and rules.


• Perform Quality Work

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• FULLY CERTIFIED FORD MASTER TECHNICIAN


• At least 5 years OEM dealership experience is required.


• Missouri State and Emission Inspector licenses Required


• ASE Certifications preferred


• Positive, can-do attitude


• Valid driver’s license  - Must be clean


• Must be able to pass drug tests (Initial and random)


• Must be able to clear background check - no criminal history


• Working knowledge of diagnostic systems, methods, testing equipment, and tools


• Full set of tools (we provide all specialty equipment)
