Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high-quality workmanship and follow dealership guidelines

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of service technician experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  Ford certification preferred, Ford experience required

  
  


• 
  

  B-level skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Steady hand, dexterity, and excellent hand-eye coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Positive and professional attitude with eagerness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well in a team environment

  Strong communication and customer service skills
