Ford Parts Counter Person

JOHNSON FORD IS THE NEWEST AND FASTS GROWING FORD DEALER IN THE TRI STATE AREA!  We are looking to expand our parts team!  We have an immediate opening with and aggressive pay plan to help you earn monthly bonuses! This position will prepare you to become a parts manager as the current parts manager will be retiring in a couple of years.

Job Description

• Assist all customers and service technicians in selecting parts


• Answering phones and provide price quotes and other information


• Follow up on back ordered parts


• Notify customers and service on special order parts


• Keep orderly records 


• Organizing stock and receipting parts inventory


• Reading catalogs and/or computer vehicle diagrams to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices

Requirements

Must have computer experience

Ford experience is a plus but not required

Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required.

Must be able to read a parts catalog
