We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our Ford dealership team.  This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoys supporting both technicians and customers with accurate parts solutions.  

What You'll Do

• Assist service technicians with parts inquiries and orders


• Identify correct parts using Ford catalogs and systems


• Process parts invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders


• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts


• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a plus)


• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology


• Strong computer and inventory system skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Ability to work in a team-focused environment
