As our Parts Manager, you aren't just watching the counter—you are the architect of the department’s success. Your core focus will be:
Strategic Leadership: Hire, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of associates. You’ll be a coach, not just a supervisor.
Inventory Orchestration: Mastermind purchasing procedures and inventory control to ensure we have the right part at the right time.
Service Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless workflow and "zero-delay" repairs.
Business Growth: Forecast ambitious goals and implement the strategies needed to crush them.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the final word in professional, courteous problem-solving for our retail and wholesale partners.
We are looking for a professional who balances technical expertise with people-first leadership.
Experience: 2+ years of automotive parts management experience (preferred).
Sales Savvy: 2 years of sales experience to help drive wholesale and retail revenue.
Precision: A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for organization and inventory accuracy.
Integrity: A professional appearance, a stellar work ethic, and a clean driving record.
Communication: The ability to translate complex parts logistics into clear, actionable goals for your team.

Starting as a single service repair facility back in 1919, our group has grown to a family of 20 dealerships throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Texas.
