Ford Product Specialist

The Ford Product Specialist advises customers on vehicle platforms, option packages, and powertrain choices with special attention to features, benefits, functionality, and information.

Essential Duties

• Greets each customer promptly upon arrival at dealership.


• Stays informed of current vehicle inventory and location.


• Digitally markets vehicles, including taking photos of inventory


• Attends sales meetings and special events as scheduled.


• Performs product delivery on new vehicle sales


• Participates in community activities with product knowledge and informational sessions.

Communication is extremely important in a sales department as it contributes to team- building with service and the Used-Car Department.
