What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire:

Supervise a team of certified technicians, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency.

Customer Champion:

Communicate daily with customers, handle repair orders, and collect payments.

Quality Control:

Ensure repairs are done correctly and maintain a clean, friendly work environment.

Security and Safety:

Secure the facility when closing and contribute to a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

A highly motivated, punctual, and dependable individual.

Someone who can multi-task, work independently, and stay self-motivated.

Preferably, two years of tire and auto service center management experience.

Excellent customer relations and communication skills with a strong focus on quality and satisfaction.
