Service Lane Manager

Compensation: $7,000 - $9,000 per month

Location: Duluth, Georgia

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Lane Manager to join our team. As a Lane Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily service operations, including the management of service advisors and support personnel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating the daily operations of the service team, pick up and delivery, mobile service, and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in all service processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Service Director in daily service operations


• Lead and supervise the service department, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff.


• Develop and implement strategies to maximize service department performance.


• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service orders and repairs.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and resolving any service-related issues


• Service department customer satisfaction.


• Assist in monitoring department expenses, budgets, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry


• Ford experience preferred but not required


• Strong leadership and managerial skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.


• Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance.
