Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.


• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.


• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.


• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional repair needs and provide time estimates.


• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.


• Collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components.


• Document all repairs and services performed.


• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and training programs.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and local safety regulations.


• Operate all tools and equipment responsibly, reporting safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 
  Ford certification preferred (but not required).


• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Team-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.


• Self-motivated and professional demeanor.


• Must own a personal set of tools.
