Qualifications:

• Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines

Duties for this position include:

• Processing documents for state and out of state registration, tax, and titling requirements
• Processing registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers, ensuring completeness on all required forms
• Verifying funds have been collected and payoffs completed
• Maintaining titles and MSOs for inventory
• Updating status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles
• Scanning documents at a high level of proficiency
• Making sure all files are filed correctly
• Maintaining paper files in an organized manner
•  Maintain positive working relationship with lienholders while keeping required documents for quick completion of vehicle movement 

The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork, the ability to stay motivated with repetitive tasks, the ability to complete work independently, and have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications. 

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone

Requirements
