Ford Warranty Administrator

Gwinnett Place Ford is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is essential in managing warranty processes with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication to support our service department and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.


• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to warranty transactions.


• Collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve warranty issues promptly.


• Review and verify warranty claim eligibility to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies.


• Provide timely updates and reports on warranty claims status to management.


• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the warranty department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warranty administration or a related automotive service role.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.


• Proficiency in using CDK dealership management system and Microsoft Office suite.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures is highly desirable.


• Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screen
