Welcome to Pines Ford! We are currently seeking a Ford Warranty Booker to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. In this role, you would be responsible for handling warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing warranties for Ford vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims for Ford vehicles


• Communicate with customers regarding warranty information


• Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions


• Collaborate with service technicians and advisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with Ford warranties preferred


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
