Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant

Location: Ozone Park, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr to $25/hr

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant to join our busy Cardiology practice. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply international medical training in an outpatient setting, assisting with both patient care and administrative needs.

Duties:

• Take patient vitals and document comprehensive histories
• Set up exam rooms and assist during cardiac assessments and minor procedures
• Provide immunizations and handle routine lab testing
• Coordinate scheduling and front desk operations
• Keep exam areas organized and well-stocked
• Answer patient questions and review after-visit instructions

• Foreign Medical Graduate or Medical Assistant diploma required
• Outpatient or specialty practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
