Foreign Vehicle Parts Manager

Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group is looking for an experienced Foreign Vehicle Parts Manager to lead our parts department for Volkswagen and Mitsubishi Motors. If you have a strong background in import parts operations, dealership experience, and a drive to grow a department, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Some Saturdays required

What You’ll Do

• Manage all daily operations of the parts department for Volkswagen and Mitsubishi


• Maintain proper inventory levels to support a high-volume service department


• Order, track, and stock OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently


• Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure quick turnaround times


• Monitor and improve gross profit, obsolescence, and inventory turns


• Develop relationships with vendors and manufacturers


• Train, lead, and motivate parts department staff


• Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and inventory control

What We’re Looking For

• Previous parts manager or assistant parts manager experience (import brands preferred)


• Strong knowledge of Volkswagen and/or Mitsubishi parts systems


• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills


• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• CDK or similar DMS experience is a plus
