As a Foreman, you oversee the installation of our residential basement waterproofing applications and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Day in the Life as a Foreman:

• Lead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to high standards.
• Protect and enhance the customer experience throughout the installation process.
• Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain an 80% field presence, demonstrating your commitment to hands-on, practical work.
• Dedicate 20% of your time to essential office responsibilities, contributing to the overall project's success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in basement waterproofing or foundation work.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
