We are currently seeking a Foreman for our Cyril, OK plant.

What You Will Do:

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations. 


• Manage plant production operations to achieve maximum productivity and equipment availability at the lowest sustainable cost. 


• Plans and organize daily activities for team. 


• Develop action plans and measures to meet and/or exceed budgeted production and ensure proper cost measures are enforced. 


• Attend scheduled departmental and safety meetings.


• Comply with strict safety procedures, following all MSHA guidelines.


• Coordinates plant operations activities with Plant Manager to ensure that the strategic operational goals for the plant are met.


• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years leadership experience


• Ability to think strategically and creatively in generating solutions. 


• Highly organized and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking.


• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and must be able to effectively present information to others.


• Ability to process and comprehend larges amounts of detailed information to help make sound business decisions.


• Proven leadership skills to ensure support around common goals and to motivate groups or individuals. 


• Mine Safety Training (MSHA) – will train upon hire.

Working Conditions and Physical Environment: While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty. Regularly sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Frequent use of hands and arms. Requires ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs. Occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching, ascending and descending stairs or ladders.
