FOREMAN - Mazda & Lincoln Technical Leader

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience


• Ford, Lincoln, import, or multi-brand diagnostic experience preferred


• Demonstrated expertise in gasoline and applicable hybrid powertrain diagnostics and repair


• Advanced proficiency in electrical diagnostics, module programming, and network systems


• Strong diagnostic reasoning and troubleshooting abilities


• Proven leadership and mentoring skills


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Understanding of technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow management


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Experience with Dealertrack and OEM diagnostic platforms preferred
