FOREMAN trainee manufacturing experience

Two to three years experience as a person in a manufacturing operation
⦁ Mechanically inclined hands-on individual
⦁ Experienced with hand tools, pliers, screwdrivers, drill press, and any metal fabrication type tools a plus
⦁ fire technical or vocational training is preferred
⦁ Able to read schematics diagrams
⦁ excellent leadership qualities
⦁ bilingual Spanish/English preferred
⦁ Your transportation ⦁ Minimum three years experience in a manufacturing assembly or machine operating type environment
⦁ Candidate with excellent communication skills looking to grow into hands-on shop management
⦁ Any prior experience with window manufacturing or anything related
⦁ Experienced in building sheds, metal enclosures a plus
⦁ looking for a career path in a long-term situation to grow to plant management

SUMMARY of the candidate we seek:
The successful candidate we seek has recent experience in an environment where metal products, medium-size enclosures, sheds, or metal building structures have been manufactured, which is a plus.
Prior experience with shop tools, machining, or sheet metal fabrication. Such as brake presses, years of metal bending equipment, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics with excellent skill.
We are looking for a talented individual with the skills and specialties we described, looking to grow, be trained in our operation, and eventually take over plant management duties.
We are not looking for a seasoned plant manager or any candidate who has been a supervisor in this related environment. This is a Junior trainee type position requiring 2 to 3 years of prior experience above entry level that is looking for long-term growth opportunity.
