Foreman - Water / Wastewater Construction

We're seeking an experienced Foreman who will be a key leader and member of a construction crew. The Foreman will participate in the planning and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants by leading crews to deliver a quality product in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Give direction to all crafts and trades to ensure quality and efficient work takes place.
• Maintain a holistic overview of the job site to ensure work is performed in a safe manner and work zones are well maintained.
• Work with crew foremen and with craft workers to accomplish tasks while teaching and training means and methods.
• Coordinate work between crews and workers to minimize workspace conflicts.
• Collaborate with superintendent or site foreman on daily activities and overall project plan.
• Perform work safely, aware of surroundings, other work being performed, and other workers on the job site.
• Ensure all work is done per plans and specifications.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred
• General math abilities
• 5+ years experience as a foreman or other supervisor role
• 5+ years of construction experience or related education
• Construction experience with water/wastewater treatment preferred
• General construction safety and trench safety guidelines.
• General understanding of construction means and methods.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions.

Hourly Wage: $30 - 42 / hour  

 *The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
