As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Forensic Analysis Technician (F/A Tech) to join our team and help ensure our clients’ sites meet the highest standards before going live.

Position Overview

The Forensic Analysis Technician plays a critical role in maintaining Elite’s standard of excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, technical precision, and creative problem-solving. You'll serve as a key link between multiple departments, ensuring each client site is optimized for performance, compliance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring Site Readiness & Quality Control

• Identify concerns that may impact the SOCC’s ability to monitor effectively (e.g., slow internet, obstructions, or any issues preventing smooth operations).
• Assess sites before aiming and before quotes are approved to catch potential issues early.
• Review quotes before signature to ensure accuracy, identifying weak points, blind spots, or other risks and recommending solutions.

2. Device Configuration & Optimization

• Configure device analytics and supporting software to minimize noise, improve efficiency, and ensure no events are missed.
• Track appointments, aim and configure devices for monitoring, and troubleshoot “go-live” concerns and post “go-live” adjustments.

3. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with Engineering and Installation teams to identify potential red flags during the process.
• Manage expectations by offering solutions to ensure seamless monitoring and configuration.
• Create Forensic Reports, including site audits, detection maps, and recommendations.
