Hiring Range: $25.19 - $30.86 per hour

Job Summary: The Forensic Program Lead works as part of a team to provide services to clients who are Trueblood Class Members. This position supports the FPATH (Forensic Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) and FHARPS (Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services) staff in outpatient and community settings.
The Forensics Program Lead supports the FHARPS and FPATH teams through collaborative care coordination and targeted outreach. In partnership with other Forensic team members and leadership, the Program Lead contributes to case management needs and will carry a small, diverse caseload from both programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, or other behavioral health field.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
LICENSES/CREDENTIALS: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment. Prior experience in the leadership and/or coordination of services on an multidisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENT: A background check to enter the Kitsap County Jail is required prior to actual start date, and the position is conditional until this is completed. Background check will be conducted annually and will be a condition of continued employment with the Forensic Programs.
Other KMHS Campuses
REQUIREMENT: This position requires routine travel to other KMHS campuses.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, tablets, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, cell phones, etc. Operation of a motor vehicle.
Work Environment: Outreach, office, community settings.
