Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, the expectation is that you will be attentive to our members needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.  

Primary tasks are:

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• make suggestions based on members tastes and prefernces
• Open and maintain bills throughout shift as needed
• Build a rapport with all members to create a positive atmosphere
• Work in collaboration with other bar staff to keep the bar area cleaned; and stick to FHGC standards at all times.
• Responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room.
• Arrange glasses and bottles to maintain an attractive display.
• Sterilize and wash stemware when necessary.
• Know when to stop serving alcohol to ensure patrons get home safely.
• Issuing receipts, ensuring receipts match the member and obtain signature.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 19 years old to pour alcoholic beverages

• Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Previous bartending, Server and restaurant experience required

• Clean back ground check

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.

• Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.

• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy times while working flexible hours with an enthusiastic personality.

• Must be reliable.

Hourly wage: $22.00 per hour
