Job Description Summary

Perform the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production area

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet production targets, and quality goals.
• Environment/Safety requirements.
• Understand Lockout Tagout
• Understand Quality Documents (Deviations, CARs, Travelers, Work Instructions).
• Perform inspection requirements, complete production records.
• Operate preliminary and finish Deflash, Robotic and CNC Deflash machines.
• Maintain rotary chucks, cutters, belts, etc.
• Start-up and Shut down of the rotary grinder.
• Adjust sizes / change belts
• Changes tools and preset.
• Load shot peener.
• Changeover finish equipment.
• Understand the machine controls.
• Cross train in department and plant to perform a variety of manufacturing duties.
• Work in a safe manner always and complies with 5S initiatives.
• Understand and execute NCM (Non-conforming material) Process.
• Understanding and execute SDS (Safety Data Sheets) System/Labeling
• Understand and execute WI (Work Instructions) location.
• Reference the Physical Demand Analysis for this job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

H.S. Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Manufacturing background preferred.  Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines, make adjustments, ability to gauge and measure parts, perform SPC and quality checks, complete X & R charts.
