Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe warehouse and drive a Safety-First culture.
• Ensures good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Assist with all shipping and receiving of product.
• Identify damages, report shortages, report quality deficiencies.
• Unload, stack, wrap, move, and stage materials using forklift.
• Scan and track inventory movements using RF device.
• Inspect forklift, determine the need for repairs, keep updated records.
• Assist in keeping a safe environment.
• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Highschool diploma/GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years or more forklift operation
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training; stand-up/sit-down
• Valid driver's license
• Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50 + lbs at a time
• Good vision and a good sense of balance
• Good communicator and computer Literate
• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment
• Comfortable working independently
• Teamwork, Dependable, and Reliable

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 50 pounds
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
