Location: El Paso, TX

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced forklift operator with recent, relevant experience in

a fast-paced distribution or transloading environment. This role involves safely

unloading containers, staging products, and loading outbound shipments, with a strong

focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift (including clamp attachment when required) in compliance with all

safety standards.

• Unload containers safely and efficiently, inspecting freight for damage and reporting

discrepancies.

• Stage materials in designated areas for wrapping, processing, or loading.

• Load outbound shipments according to customer and operational requirements.

• Maintain equipment in good working condition; perform pre-operation checks daily.

• Follow all SOPs and site safety rules.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, loaders, and other team members to ensure

smooth workflow.

• Recent, relevant forklift experience (minimum of 2–3 years) in a warehouse,

distribution, or transloading facility.

• Experience operating a forklift with clamp attachment preferred.

• Ability to operate forklifts safely in tight spaces and high-traffic areas.

• Knowledge of proper loading/unloading techniques to prevent product damage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

• Must be e-Verified and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and handle electronics with care (specific to

TCL account)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Stand, sit, and operate forklift for extended periods.

• Bend, stoop, and climb as needed during loading/unloading.
