Shift: Monday – Friday, Night Shift 6:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. (may extend to 10–11 hour shifts, Monday – Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a Broken Arrow-based team. This role requires safely operating forklifts and heavy yard equipment (up to 55,000 lbs.) to move materials across the shop and yard. The Forklift Operator must have excellent judgment, follow all safety procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts with lift capacity from 2,500 lbs. up to 55,000 lbs.
• Load and unload freight, moving materials throughout the yard and shop.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Perform yard clean-up, including scrap and trash removal.
• Visually assist and guide others when moving heavy equipment.
• Inspect materials and equipment for completion or damage; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist in preparing equipment for shipping.
• Operate additional equipment, including man-lifts, when required.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of forklift or heavy equipment operating experience.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, stoop, twist, and reach as required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and occasionally working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Must wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, FRC, helmets, safety glasses, etc.).
