Schedule: 12hr 7pm-7am 2x2x3

Pay Range: Starting pay $18.00/hr, Top pay $21.00/hr.

Position Summary:

Timken is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our Logistic team. In this role you will operate various pieces of mobile equipment to unload, store, and issue inventory throughout the plant. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial equipment according to established procedures and standards.


• Picks up, transports, and delivers materials from one location to another throughout the facility. 


• Pulls materials based on order requirements. 


• Enters or removes material information within SAP and Shop Floor System. 


• Ensures all inventory control documents are complete and accurate.


• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals.


• Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• 18 years of age or older.


• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment.


• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. 


• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
