ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be able to operate material handling equipment at a level 6 forklift classification.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read and comprehend written work instructions. The ability to write effective correspondence. The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Effectively represent the company professionally to customers, supplier and other associates within the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
The ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers, multiply and divide. The ability to use and accurately read micrometers and dial calipers.
REASONING ABILITY
The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to feel or handle objects, tools or controls; reach and lift with hands and arms; talk, see and hear. The employee is required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is required to rotate their torso and view behind them to operator required equipment.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The employee must be available to work schedule overtime and assist in emergency situations. The employee must have the flexibility to work various shift hours and overtime if needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving parts. The employee is frequently exposed to electromagnetic fields, risk of electric shock and vibration. The employee may be subject to temperature extremes for extended periods of time.
