The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform directed tasks under Team Leader's guidance

Safely operate forklift and handle materials

Conduct inventory tasks, including cycle counts and checks

Load and receive materials from trailers

Manage material movement and storage

Document loading process per Hazmat regulations

Utilize warehouse management system/RFID

Perform packing, quality checks, and documentation

Hand stack palletized products as needed for operations

Ensure final quality of customer shipments

Maintain safety and cleanliness in work area

Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Adhere to manufacturing practices, procedures, and policies

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Minimum 2 years of Forklift experience

Capability to lift 45lbs from floor to shoulder level

Compliance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations

Ability to concentrate visually and remain alert for extended periods

Physical ability to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach, and climb for up to twelve hours

Proficiency in handling packaging components such as sprayers, bottles, and caps

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Availability for overtime work as needed

Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments with high temperatures and humidity, exposure to high noise levels and regular interaction with chemicals and chemical products
