Forklift Operator - Distribution Center

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our Distribution Center team in Garland! This role supports fast‑paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $20.50/hr.

Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, or 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑minded individual who thrives in a fast‑moving warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience with RF scanning, and the ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions

• Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight

• Load and unload trucks

• Follow FIFO principles and RF processes

• Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology

• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets • Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly

• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment

• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Reach forklift experience is an asset

• Ability to use RF scanners (training available)

• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment

Working Conditions:
