The job. What you will be doing as a Warehouse Team Member, Fulfillment:

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for operating a forklift or other powered industrial truck for the purpose of receiving, shipping, picking , moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the safe and efficient use of the vehicle. The Warehouse Team Member is also responsible for order selection and checking as the need dictates.

What you need to land this awesome job:

Education: High School (GED)
Experience:
Forklift experience
Food Warehouse experience preferred but not required
License or Certification: Forklift certification preferred
Travel requirements: N/A
Minimum Physical requirements:
Heavy lifting – lifting of 50 pounds or more
Able to stand for long periods of time (over 6 hours)
Must be able to endure working in freezer environment for up to 6 hours
Must be able to endure loud warehouse noises and have accurate vision to work in a freezer environment
Minimum Behavior requirements: You must Be Humble, Stay Hungry and Live Smart

A day in the life (but not limited to):

Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
Responsible for counting the freight received and shipped.
Verify counts compared to drivers BOL’s by item.
Identifies and reconciles count variances by making notations on driver bills and obtaining signature.
Prepares over, short and damage reports as required.
Each Order Selector obtains cases from a warehouse location and places the cases on pallets or carts.
The Order Selector selects cases by product type and lot number. These cases are neatly assembled on pallets or carts.

Shift: Monday to Thursday from 5am to finish.
Pay: $18.41 - $20.46 DOE

This position reports to the Lead Warehouse Team Member and the Warehouse Supervisor and has 0 direct reports.
