Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts safely and efficiently following the Dupond schedule to support our warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials in the warehouse.


• Follow the Dupond schedule to ensure timely and organized material handling.


• Inspect forklifts daily to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.


• Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed.


• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or equivalent experience.


• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.


• Ability to work the Dupond schedule and adapt to shift changes.


• Strong attention to safety and detail.


• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.


• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
