Minimum of an Associate's degree in Chemistry, material science or a related science field
Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs

Responsibilities:
Prepare and test adhesive formulations in accordance with established guidelines, working independently or in collaboration with chemists, scientists and technical staff.
Accurately document test data in laboratory information systems. Communicates basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcomes.
Read and follow work instructions and safety data sheets (SDS) related to sample preparation, formulating adhesives and sample testing.
Employ basic problem-solving skills to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates.
Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment and support safe work practices, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, et
