What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (including bathing, dressing, and grooming)


• Help with mobility exercises and report any changes to the nurse case manager


• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments


• Offer companionship and emotional support

What We Require:

• Valid Indiana HHA or CNA license


• High school diploma or GED


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home healthcare


• Current CPR certification


• Physical exam and negative TB skin test (within the last 12 months)


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation


• Ability to safeguard client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations


• Negative drug test and motor vehicle background check


• Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently)


• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide


• BLS Certification (Preferred)
