You’ll:
• Build and launch production AI agents
• Work directly with enterprise customers
• Turn ambiguous workflows into real products
• Own deployments end to end
• Build across Python / Java / TypeScript
Ideal background:
• 3–5 years of engineering experience
• 1+ year customer-facing experience
• Strong backend / full-stack skills
• High ownership + strong communication
• AI agent experience is a big plus
• Fintech, lending, voice AI or regulated-industry experience is a bonus
