• Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes and demos, and present technical solution designs.
• Scope technical projects, identify and resolve implementation blockers, manage technical risks, and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop reusable technical patterns, integrations, tools, and platform components that can accelerate future customer deployments.
• Translate customer and field feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar technical roles.

• Strong hands-on development experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, including React and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy integrations between software platforms and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, conversational AI, prompting, and AI-powered applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership of projects from initial concept through production.
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build credibility with enterprise technical and business stakeholders.
