Responsibilities & Duties:
- Providing intensive care management to foster care youths of all ages
- Communication and relationship building with youths, foster parents, and collateral partners
- Development if interventions and goal setting
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Document encounters daily in conjunction with quarterly paperwork and care meetings
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the human service or behavioral science field
- LSW, LSW-A, or license-eligible
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care
- Valid driver's license and ability to clear DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks

Northeast Center for Youth & Families in Malden is made up of a team of devoted resource specialists, case managers, outpatient therapists, and an admin team who provide quality care to the children and families in our programs. Led by a passionate and involved leadership team based out of our Easthampton location.
NCYF as a wider organization opened our doors in 1972 – we’re an experienced program with 3 locations which provide foster care services, in home therapy, outpatient therapy, residential, and therapeutic day programs. For over 40 years, we have been committed to providing innovative and high quality care to the individuals we serve. Our mission is to empower individuals, children, and families to live healthy and successful lives. Since we first opened our doors over 40 years ago, NCYF has been committed to providing innovative, high-quality programs and services to children and their families. We have a long history of doing just that. We serve kids that other organizations won’t and offer a variety of programs to meet the wide-ranging needs of our clients. Our programs have been designed and developed to directly meet the needs of the children and families we serve; all of our staff are trained to provide care that is respectful of an individual’s trauma background, and our residential homes accept children and adolescents with the most difficult issues, not just those with less challenging problems.
