Using the Teaching-Family Model, the Foster Care Supervisor provides primary supervision of case management services for children and youth placed in Children’s Hope Alliance foster care programs, including family foster care, therapeutic foster care, and IAFT. Foster Care Supervisors are accountable for ensuring services are rendered according to accredidation, licensing, & regulatory standards. Foster Care Supervisors are accountable for ensuring key performance indicators are met for the program. Foster Care Supervisors are accountable for ensuring Children’s Hope Alliance values and principles are carried out in the program, this includes, but is not limited to, fiscal responsibility, being outcome-driven, family & child centered, and mission oriented.
