Foster Care Support Supervisor

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll lead a team of Foster Care Specialists while ensuring high-quality care and support for children and families.

• Lead and support staff through coaching, supervision, and ongoing development


• Foster a healthy, Christ-centered team culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration


• Oversee placements and services, ensuring children’s safety, stability, and well-being


• Review and ensure quality documentation that meets agency and state standards


• Provide leadership in critical situations, including participation in an on-call rotation


• Support training efforts for both staff and foster parents

Who You Are

• A relational, steady leader who brings both compassion and accountability


• Skilled in coaching others and navigating complex or high-pressure situations


• Organized and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the people behind the work


• Committed to Christ-centered, trauma-informed care


• Passionate about seeing children, families, and teams flourish

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related field (required)


• Supervisory or leadership experience


• Experience in foster care, child welfare, or a related field (preferred)


• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills


• Must be at least 21 years of age

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, salaried (40 hours/week)


• Some evenings and occasional weekends required


• Participation in an on-call rotation


• Office-based with regular travel for home visits, meetings, and field support
