We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. All you need is a bachelor's degree in a human services field and at least two years of experience in the field. 

A Day in the Life as a Foster Care Worker

As a Foster Care Worker, you will collaborate with children, foster parents, and Oklahoma Child Welfare Workers to ensure children can safely thrive in their foster homes. You'll also work to recruit additional foster families in the community and help families become certified through Oklahoma Foster Care! You’ll provide vital support to foster families, guiding them through the Child Welfare system as they care for children. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll assess, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of life for children and families alike.
