We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dedicated leader to assist in leading the Concrete Foundation Crew. The Foundation Crew Foreman will lead team members, participate in all activities related to concrete foundations, and ensure that all projects are completed to our time deadlines, quality standards, and safety standards. This role reports to the Concrete Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead field team members to achieve completion of the project on schedule and with quality work that conforms to plans and specifications.
Coordinate, supervise, and participate in all concrete foundation activities on the job site, such as site preparation, setting forms, pouring concrete, finishing and curing, quality checks, jobsite cleaning, and more.
Lead the Foundation Crew, providing job specific training and handling some front line employee leadership responsibilities.
Participate in all aspects of winter snow removal.
Promote job site safety by maintaining an organized job site that encourages safe work practices and corrects job site hazards immediately.
Manage and complete customer callbacks in a timely fashion.
Prepare, approve, and submit accurate timesheets and paperwork.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of concrete foundations is required with preference given to experience in leadership roles.
Must be able to read and understand construction plans.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, project leaders, and customers.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure smooth operation of the Foundation Crew.
A valid driver's license is required.
A valid CDL is preferred. A Class-A CDL is required for this role but can be obtained after the start date.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Able to work occasional weekends and more than 40 hours per week as required.
Some heavy lifting of at least 50 pounds or more is required
