CorePilot is the first AI-powered full suite ERP solution purpose-built for the aviation supply chain. As a venture-backed startup, we’ve quickly made strides in revolutionizing the industry, positioning ourselves for rapid growth. We’re seeking dedicated Account Executives to help us transform the aviation supply chain, a $2.0T+ industry ripe for innovation. Legacy systems and manual processes have long plagued the aviation supply chain, leading to inefficiencies and costly delays. At CorePilot, we’re on a mission to change that. By empowering our customers with cutting-edge tools that streamline operations, we enable them to do what they do best: keep the world flying safely and efficiently. 


 


The Role


We are looking for a founding Account Executive to help us exceed our growth goals. If you are an AE with a passion for aviation technology and early-stage startups, we’d love to connect! As one of the first sales hires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and building our customer base. You will work directly with our customers, founders, and engineering team to ensure our customers are receiving and using solutions that streamline and transform their daily workflows. Building strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of our product's value and the aviation aftermarket are essential to your success in this role.  We are a founder-led startup that prioritizes productivity over heavy processes. We are a small, remote-first team that moves quickly and effectively. We place a high value on maintaining company culture and empower our employees to continuously grow and develop their skills by offering opportunities to take on responsibilities that may be considered unconventional for their role.


 


 Responsibilities:



  • Self-source, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Co-create and execute sales strategies to surpass targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations

  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively

  • Represent CorePilot at industry events and conferences, staying informed on aviation and tech trends

  • Continuously expand knowledge of our products, services, and the aviation aftermarket to deliver optimal client solutions


 


What we're looking for from you:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience selling or using Aviation SaaS, Supply Chain tech, or other vertical SaaS products

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software

  • Willingness to travel to conferences and meet clients as needed

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota targets

  • Familiarity with aviation supply chain or ERP software is a plus, but not required
