Job Description - Founding Applied Engineer

We’re working with an early-stage AI company building software for complex physical systems across hardware, mechanical, electrical, and engineering data.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to own ambiguous technical problems from 0→1, shape architecture, and ship product directly with customers.

What they’re looking for:

Strong software/systems engineering fundamentals

Experience solving complex technical problems

0→1 ownership and strong architectural judgment

Python, C++, distributed systems, simulation, robotics, infrastructure, or related experience

High agency and comfort in an early-stage environment
