Core Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a 3–5‑year technology roadmap that aligns with U.S. national‑security priorities and $350 M revenue objectives.
- Lead all product, engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure functions; build a culture of speed, rigor, and patriotic purpose.
- Integrate AI & automation into Luminexis products and Threat Tec’s internal systems to maximize velocity and margin.
- Safeguard IP—patents, data, trade secrets—and ensure CMMC, NIST 800‑171, DFARS, and export‑control compliance.
- Serve as the technical face of capture & proposal efforts, briefing flag‑officer, SES, and C‑suite audiences.
- Own technical budgets, vendor strategy, and strategic partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, and AWS.
- Promote relentless innovation anchored in free‑enterprise values and service to the Republic.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- 6–10+ yrs designing, deploying, and maintaining production AI/ML systems; prior success with LLMs, LangChain/RAG, and vector DBs.
- Hands‑on with Salesforce Dev Tools, HubSpot Workflows, PandaDocs API, and Microsoft Graph.
- Python, JS/TS, SQL, FastAPI, LangChain, Llama‑Index, Pinecone/Weaviate, Azure & AWS Gov clouds.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high‑speed, mission‑first engineering teams.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret (Top Secret preferred).
- Capitalist, action‑oriented, America First mindset aligned with Threat Tec’s core values.

- Frameworks: LangChain, Llama‑Index, FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Data & Ops: Pinecone, Weaviate, Postgres, Azure/AWS serverless, Docker, K8s
- Tooling: GitHub Actions, Terraform, Sentinel, Azure DevOps, Jira
