Founding Clinical Director / Psychologist

Nova Supports is opening a sister company, Nova Psychology, to meet the urgent need for timely and insurance-accepted autism evaluations in Utah. We are seeking a licensed psychologist in Utah (UT County or SL County) to serve as our Founding Clinical Director. This is an opportunity to build and lead a new clinical service line with the backing of an established and respected organization.

About Nova Supports

• Operates three thriving clinics across the Wasatch Front and also provides in-home ABA and DSPD services
• Employs 15+ Behavior Analysts along with a strong support team
• Recognized for excellence in ABA therapy, DSPD services, autism, and disability supports throughout Utah
• Expanding into diagnostic services to address the shortage of timely autism evaluations

Position Requirements

• Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Utah
• Experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions
• Strong leadership skills with interest in building and supervising a clinical team
• Commitment to thorough, ethical, and family-centered care

Compensation and Benefits

• 70% of billed services (approximately $120 per hour for Medicaid-funded services, our primary funding source)
• Profit sharing as the company grows
• As the role shifts from direct evaluations to supervising other psychologists, compensation transitions to a generous salary plus profit sharing
• Full operational support provided, including billing, credentialing, office leasing, marketing, referrals, and administrative systems
