We are looking for a Founding Engineer to take co-founder-level ownership of the technical vision and help build an on-chain institutional FX hedging platform from the ground up.

🔥 Key Requirements

• Expert-level Rust — MUST
• Strong experience in financial, trading, or core infrastructure
• Former Founder / CTO / Founding Engineer
• Experience building and shipping with AI agents / agentic orchestration
• Comfortable working in a highly ambitious, early-stage startup environment
• Willing to relocate to NYC
• Experience with DevOps is a strong plus

• Derivatives margin & netting
• Trading infrastructure / HFT
• Clearing infrastructure
• DCO / DCM infrastructure
• Protocol security / smart contract security
• DeFi
• Kernel / Compiler / Operating Systems
• Physics engines

Examples include engineers who have worked on:

• Core financial infrastructure
• Trading systems and exchange infrastructure
• Derivatives and risk systems
• Clearing, settlement and market infrastructure
• High-performance Rust systems
• Protocol security and infrastructure

Must-have: Expert-level Rust experience + previous founder, CTO, or founding engineer experience.
