What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning models to optimize chip design processes.


• Collaborate with a small, agile team to develop robust software solutions.


• Utilize Python and PyTorch to build scalable applications that enhance system performance.


• Engage in hands-on coding in C/C++ and Rust to create high-performance algorithms.


• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.


• Analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.


• Support cross-functional teams in integrating machine learning capabilities into existing systems.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0-5 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.


• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.


• Familiarity with C/C++ and Rust programming languages.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Passion for hardware and AI technologies, with a desire to innovate.

Preferred

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.


• Background in hardware development or engineering.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $300K, complemented by equity options between 0.5% and 2%. This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering team and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in technology.
