About Us:

Co-founded by Harvard Medical School professors, we're a pioneering digital health startup on a mission to tackle America’s largest disease – obesity. The traditional healthcare system struggles with "lifestyle diseases" due to its transactional, siloed nature.

Obesity requires a different approach – a longitudinal, multidisciplinary one encompassing medications, procedures, behavior change, and complex payment models.

Our vision is to build the

operating system for obesity

, integrating all cutting-edge interventions and providers under one seamless platform for both consumers and hospital partners.

Our first product, launched in Florida, is a consumer platform that combines non-surgical weight loss procedures with anti-obesity medications and lifestyle coaching in partnership with two of the state's leading hospital systems.

What You'll Do:

Be the technical architect, defining the vision and roadmap for our engineering team.
Build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly obesity management platform encompassing EHR, care operations, and hospital system integrations.
Work with the founders to build patient experience features designed to maximize the impact of interventions and behavior change.

Recruit, onboard, and mentor top engineering talent to cultivate a high-performing team.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

You have a proven track record of shipping complex, successful products.
You've built and led high-performing engineering teams in the past.
You possess a keen eye for system design, technical architecture, project planning, and building internal processes.
You're passionate about consumer products, particularly those focused on health and wellness improvement.
You have a deep understanding of healthcare technology, especially EHR and patient experience (or a strong desire to learn).
You have a history of attracting and developing top-tier engineering talent.
You possess a strong leadership style that fosters collaboration and empowers your team.
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy the challenge of building something groundbreaking.
You value a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in our Market Street office.
