Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack.
Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We are now looking for a Founding Marketer to own and scale all revenue-driving growth initiatives across marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market systems.
The whole events motion, end to end. From the napkin idea to the post-event follow up.
Sponsorships, both sides of the table. Landing the right partners for our events, and getting Virio into the events that matter.
Vendors, venues, catering, AV, swag, all of it. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through.
Community that outlasts any single event. The goal isn't a good night, it's a group of people who keep showing up.
Tight collaboration with sales and content so events actually move the business.
You've run real events before, not just helped out at them. You know the difference between "we hosted a thing" and "people are still talking about that dinner six months later."
You're great with people and even better with logistics. Charm gets the yes, follow-through gets the repeat.
You can sell. Sponsorships, partnerships, getting a busy exec to say yes to your invite, it's all the same muscle.
You move fast and you're comfortable owning outcomes without a ton of process around you.
You actually like this stuff. The best events people are a little obsessed, and it shows.
